Fritz Pluviose, MD
Fritz Pluviose, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine doctor at Vie Medical Center in Delray Beach, Florida. He focuses on the importance of caring for the mind, body, and soul using a patient-centered approach and listening to his patients’ concerns to help them determine their best treatment method. Dr. Pluviose earned his medical degree at the State University of Haiti in Port-au-Prince. Shortly after, he completed a family practice residency at Port de Paix Hospital in Haiti. Relocating to the United States, Dr. Pluviose completed his internal medicine residency at Catholic Medical Center in Queens. There, he achieved board certification in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). With over 50 years in the medical field, his vast experience includes serving at Palmer State Hospital in Palmer, Massachusetts, Kent County Memorial Hospital in Warwick, Rhode Island, Eleanor Slater Hospital in Cranston, Rhode Island, and AC Medical Care in West Palm Beach, Florida. Dr. Pluviose’s patients describe him as compassionate, respectful, and understanding. He strives to meet the needs of families and individuals through holistic treatment methods and enjoys working alongside the team at View Medical Center to provide exceptional care to the Delray Beach community.
Serge Mistival, MD
Dr. Mistivar attended West Indies College and later Hunter College of the City University of New York in accounting, graduating with honors. He pursued his pre-medical studies at Queens College, during which time he worked in phlebotomy. Following his attainment of needed medical courses, he attended New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, receiving his degree in 2004. Following his graduation, he underwent his medical residency at the Palm Beach Center for his Graduate Medical Education.
Passionate for the profession, Serge started providing primary care for underserved adults, and worked in public health, to name the Palm Beach Health Department and Florida Community Health Centers. His last role before joining HCN as Medical Director at Lanier Urgent Care where he acquired his skills in administrative management which is greatly benefiting Vie Medical Center in his role as our medical director.
In 2004 Dr. Mistivar at the HCN where his leadership capabilities were noticed, immediately he tackled on the physician liaison role for the American Cancer Society’s Colorectal cancer screening initiative in addition to his duties as an attending physician at HCN’s Immokalee campus. Two years later, in 2016, Dr. Mistivar was named Physician in Charge of Family Care in Immokalee.
A desire to return to Florida coupled with a unique patient base brought Dr. Mistivar back to Florida, this time to HCN in 2014. Almost immediately his leadership capabilities were noticed, with him taking on Then, in 2016In this role he led the team in piloting the new Senior Care project and Chronic Care Management in collaboration with our new case management program. With regard to both his extensive clinical and administrative background, in 2018, Serge was named Medical Director of Family Medicine, in addition to his role as a practicing provider. This role includes clinical oversight of quality and effectiveness of all the HCN adult medicine practices. In addition to English, Dr. Mistivar is fluent in both French and Haitian Creole, which has been especially effective in communicating with VMC’s diverse patient population.
Dr. Mistivar is now proudly Medical Director at Vie Medical Center to help “Vie mission: to preserve the past, and prolong the future with his experience, dedication to help all Vie patients live a life better, to its fullest while Aging Younger!
Hobbies: In his spare time, the doctor enjoys home improvement, gardening, jogging and playing soccer.

Dr. Danielle Lucien, M.D.

Danielle Lucien, MD, is a skilled primary care physician with a passion for bringing wellness to a diverse population in Delray Beach, Florida. At Vie Medical Center, she provides a wide range of health care services with a caring, concerned, and professional bedside manner.
Dr. Lucien earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University in Miami. She went on to earn a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Universidad Iberoamericana. Following graduation, Dr. Lucien completed her residency at New York Medical College and Saint Joseph’s Medical Center.
As a female physician, Dr. Lucien is passionate about women’s health. In addition to general primary care services, she offers services tailored to the unique needs of women. She is also skilled in geriatric care, helping elderly patients navigate the complex health challenges that arise as we get older.
Dr. Lucien puts her patients first, listening carefully to their concerns and unique needs. She prioritizes patient education, empowering them to take an active role in their health care. Dr. Lucien is multilingual in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
In addition to her work at Vie Medical Center, Dr. Lucien is a clinical preceptor for nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, medical students, and foreign medical graduates.
